MODIFICATIONS EXCEPTIONNELLES DE LA PROCÉDURE D’ADMISSION EN PREMIÈRE ANNÉE : 

 

1) Rappel : dossier d’inscription administrative. Les candidat·e·s doivent transmettre le dossier d’inscription à l’examen d’entrée en 1ère année, complété, qu’ils·elles ont téléchargé sur le site internet de l’école (https://www.ensapc.fr/fr/admissions/premiere-annee) par mail à l’adresse suivante au plus tard le 2 avril 2020 : pedagogie@ensapc.fr

2) Dans le contexte de crise sanitaire due à la pandémie de Covid 19, l’ENSAPC a décidé de procéder à l’examen des dossiers de l’épreuve d’admissibilité de façon dématérialisée.
Phase d’admissibilité :
Les candidat·e·s doivent nous envoyer par mail un dossier artistique comprenant :
– une analyse ou un commentaire (une page A4) d’une œuvre de votre choix ; 
– reproductions et/ou lien internet d’un travail spécifique (dessin, esquisse, peinture, volume, photo, vidéo, animation, collage, son, texte…) autour d’un thème parmi ces trois propositions: 
. A la belle étoile
. Eat the rich
. Bleu / marron foncé
– une note d’une page A4 présentant les enjeux du travail réalisé et les références artistiques, littéraires, culturelles, politiques, ou autre, sur lesquelles le·la candidat.e s’est appuyé.e.

Ce dossier au format PDF en un unique fichier de max 15 Mo (en indiquant en première page les liens internet pour des éventuelles vidéos, son, etc.), sera nommé avec le nom et prénom du candidat : NOM-PRENOM.pdf. Il doit nous être envoyé par mail au plus tard le 19 avril 2020 à l’adresse suivante : pedagogie@ensapc.fr

3) Phase d’admission : 
Elle sera composée d’un entretien oral. 
Les dates des entretiens avec le jury sur base du dossier sont maintenues du 4 au 7 mai 2020 pour le moment. Elles pourront être modifiées. Une convocation vous sera envoyée par mail.

EXAMEN D’ADMISSION PAR EQUIVALENCE – 1er cycle et 2ème cycle

 

L’examen d’admission en cours de cursus est maintenu aux dates prévues (30 et 31 mars, 1er avril 2020), mais selon de nouvelles modalités.
Les jurys auditionneront chaque candidat·e par visioconférence.
Des détails plus précis concernant le déroulement des entretiens seront communiqués par mel à chaque candidat·e dans les tous prochains jours.

Les candidat·e·s qui ne l’auraient pas encore fait, sont prié·e·s de faire parvenir avant le 24 mars, une version dématérialisée de leur dossier artistique (en indiquant en première page les liens internet pour des éventuelles videos, son, etc.) accompagné de la lettre de motivation qui avait été jointe à leur dossier administratif, d’une copie de leur pièce d’identité/passeport et de leur identifiant Skype/Hangouts Meet  (le tout au format pdf, en un unique fichier de max 15 Mo, qui sera nommé avec le nom et prénom du candidat : NOM-PRENOM.pdf) à l’adresse :

EXCEPTIONAL CHANGES TO THE FIRST YEAR ADMISSION PROCEDURE :

 

1) Reminder: administrative registration file
Candidates must send the completed application form for the 1st year entrance exam, which they have downloaded from the school’s website (https://www.ensapc.fr/fr/admissions/premiere-annee) by e-mail to the following address by 2 April 2020 at the latest:
pedagogie@ensapc.fr

2) In the context of the health crisis due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the ENSAPC has decided to proceed with the examination of the admissions test files in a dematerialized way.
Eligibility phase :
Candidates must send us by email an artistic file including :
– an analysis or a commentary (one A4 page) of a work of your choice;
– reproductions and/or internet link of a specific work (drawing, sketch, painting, volume, photo, video, animation, collage, sound, text…) around a theme among these three proposals:
. Under the stars
. Eat the rich
. Blue / dark brown
– a one-page A4 note presenting the issues of the work carried out and the artistic, literary, cultural, political or other references on which the candidate has relied.

This file in PDF format in a single file of max 15 Mb (indicating on the first page the internet links for possible videos, sound, etc.), will be named with the surname and first name of the candidate: LAST NAME-FIRST NAME.pdf. It must be sent to us by e-mail no later than 19 April 2020 to the following address:

3) Admission phase :
It will consist of an oral interview.
The dates of the interviews with the jury on the basis of the file are kept from 4 to 7 May 2020 for the moment. They may be modified.

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION DURING THE COURSE OF STUDY – 1er cycle and 2nd cycle

 

The entrance examination during the course of study (second and third-year Bachelor’s Degree, first-year Master) is maintained at the scheduled dates (March 30 and 31, April 1, 2020), although in a new form.

The commissions will interview each candidate by videoconference.
Further details concerning the interview process will be communicated by email to each candidate in the coming days.

Applicants who have not yet done so, are asked to send, before March 24, a dematerialized version of their artistic portfolio (informing on first page possible web links to videos, sound, etc.) with the motivation letter that was sent with their administrative form, a copy of their identity card or passport, and their Skype/Hangouts Meet name (all in an unique file in pdf format, max 15 Mb, that should be entitled with their last and first names : LASTNAME-FIRSTNAME.pdf) at :
